Started using skinny fit 2 years ago. With exercise (I mean walking) Since have nerve damage. I have lost weight I struggled getting off. The strawberry watermelon is awesome my second favorite 😊 ❤️ I have tried other brands,but none worked or taste good at all. I highly recommend
